The closest I will ever get to the Twighlight origins I guess. When I first started to plan my US trip I was hoping to go by car and stop by Forks - where it all started. Since I am going by bus, plane and train. I'll be contend to be close, very close.
But it is just as described in the book and seen in the movie:
"In the state of Washington, under a near constant cover of clouds and rain, there is a small town named Forks." - That's just how it is today.
It looks a lot like home on a bad day - landscape wise. Even though there are some wierd trees. Houses and everything else is quite diffrent though. And so american.
